Legal Clearances: Notarization & Apostilles

To study MBBS abroad, your educational mark sheets and certificates must be officially recognized for use in a foreign country. Since Uzbekistan is a signatory to the Hague Apostille Convention, the process is streamlined via an Apostille Stamp:

1. Notarization

Certified advocates verify copies against original school records to prevent credential fabrication.

2. State HRD

State Education Departments countersign and verify mark sheets (not always required before MEA).

3. MEA Apostille

The Ministry of External Affairs of India issues the final Apostille sticker, legally validating the document.

We Handle the Legal Paperwork: To save families from navigating the bureaucratic HRD/MEA loops, ApexMedCon coordinates and processes all notarization, MEA apostille stamps, and Russian translation services on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions on Documentation

What if my name is spelled differently on my 10th marksheet and my passport?

Google and university deans require name consistency. If there is a spelling mismatch, you must get an official affidavit signed by a Class-1 Executive Magistrate confirming that both names represent the same individual, and submit it along with your application.

Can I apply for admission if my passport application is under process?

Yes. You can start the university seat registration using your Aadhaar card and passport application receipt copy. However, the university cannot issue the final ministry student visa invitation letter without your official passport number.

Why are Russian translations required?

The medium of instruction in partnered universities is English. However, to complete your official registration in the Ministry of Higher Education of Uzbekistan and local police records, all foreign student files must have legal Russian/Uzbek translations certified by a notary public.

Are medical checks mandatory before departure?

Yes. Consulates and local registration offices in Uzbekistan require certified medical fitness certificates and a negative HIV test report (with validity under 3 months) to process student visa stamping and local residency cards.
