Frequently Asked Questions on Admission
Can I apply for admission before the NEET results are declared?
Yes, you can register and secure a provisional admission or seat allocation letter from the university. This guarantees your seat, but the final official enrollment and visa invitation issuance require your qualified NEET-UG scorecard.
Do I need to visit the Uzbek Embassy for the visa process?
No. ApexMedCon handles the entire consular documentation submission, visa invite letter collection, and visa stamping process on behalf of the student. We submit folders directly to the Uzbek Embassy in Delhi.
What is the tuition fee payment deadline?
Once your provisional seat is locked, you do not pay tuition fees immediately to local agents. Tuition fee wire transfers are processed directly to the university's account upon arrival at the campus, or as instructed by the dean (typically around registration week in October).
What if my student visa application gets rejected?
Since ApexMedCon works directly with Uzbek government medical colleges and gets official visa invitation letters from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, our student visa approval rate is 100%. In the rare event of regulatory changes or issues, we resubmit the folder or adjust details immediately.
