Terms of Compliance

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ApexMedCon website and admissions consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Compliance. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Services Description

ApexMedCon provides educational consultancy and admission facilitation services for students seeking MBBS programs at NMC-compliant government medical universities abroad. Our role is limited to counselling, documentation assistance, admission coordination, visa guidance, and on-ground student support. We do not, under any circumstances, guarantee admission outcomes or visa approvals, which remain at the sole discretion of the respective foreign university governing bodies and embassy authorities.

3. Student Placement Fees

ApexMedCon operates under direct Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner government universities. We do not charge any student placement fees. All tuition fees, hostel charges, and official university payments are directed to the respective university's official bank accounts. ApexMedCon never instructs students or parents to transfer tuition payments to personal or intermediary bank accounts.

4. Counselling and Advisory Disclosure

All educational guidance, university selection comparisons, admission eligibility estimates, and fee projections provided during counselling sessions are advisory in nature and based on the most recent data available from partner university administrations and government regulatory bodies (NMC, WHO, WDOMS). Actual fees, eligibility requirements, and university policies are subject to change at any time by the respective authorities without prior notice to ApexMedCon.

5. Regulatory Compliance (NMC & FMGL 2021)

All partner universities are vetted against the National Medical Commission (NMC) Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate Regulations 2021 criteria including course duration (minimum 54 months plus 12-month internship), English-medium instruction, clinical exposure, and host-country licensing eligibility. Students are solely responsible for qualifying NEET-UG and maintaining eligibility throughout their course of study. ApexMedCon is not responsible for changes in NMC regulations or licensure requirements that may occur after enrollment.

6. Limitation of Liability

ApexMedCon acts as a facilitation partner between students and foreign medical universities. We shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to: changes in government regulations, visa policy amendments, university fee revisions, fluctuating currency exchange rates, flight delays or cancellations, hostel availability changes, or personal circumstances affecting a student's academic progress.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, fee comparison data, graphics, logos, and proprietary research—is the intellectual property of ApexMedCon. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
